  • How can I order memos as a student?


    (A) To open an account, students click on ‘Open Account’ in the top gray bar.



    Open an Account’ Page displays. Click ‘Sign-up Now’ below ‘Become part of the Duralee Online Community’.




    Student chooses ‘Student’ from the ‘I am’ drop down. A .edu email address is required.




    Student Memo Docket is illustrated below.


    2. Credit Card Payment’ is noted above display of pattern #s.

    3. A footer has been added regarding ‘partnering with design students’.

    4. The Student Memeo Docket is included with you memos samples
    5. When calling with inquiries the account number is included next to Document #




    Shipping and Handling for Student Memo Orders is as follows 

    3 memos is a $15.00 shipping and handling charge

    6 memos is a $25.00 shipping and handling charge


    Definition of a Memo:  A Memo is a sample usually 8" x 8" that is meant to be representative of the pattern and colorway but not indicative of a specific dye lot.




  • Can I order from Duralee if I am not a designer?

    Duralee is a To The Trade Company. You may utilize the website for information on new product offerings, information on events and product research. You may also utilize the share feature to share your favorite fabrics with friends or your designer.

    If you would like to contact us (1-800-275-3872 or email info@duralee.com) and provide your zip code, we would be happy to refer you to a company hopefully in your area authorized to buy and sell Duralee fabrics.

  • How do I open an account?

    Go to Duralee.com

    Click the Open Account tab at the top of the webpage

    Click the "Apply Now"  button in the "Become a Duralee Customer" section.


    Follow the steps listed in "Apply Now" and complete the downloadable forms. 

  • How do I create a web log on/user profile?

    Click on the Open Account tab




    Click on Register under Set Up Your Online Account




    Complete the entire web form. If you do not have your Verification Code, please refer to the FAQ on that subject.




  • How do I find my Verification Code?

    You may find your Verification Code in the following places:
    • In your "Welcome Letter” if your account was created after 9/4/2013
    • On the bottom of any invoice, order acknowledgement or order confirmation dated 7/21/2013 or later
    • You may contact your sales representative or Duralee Customer Service.
